Standard Delivery - 75 days from final proof approval. RUSH Delivery via Air Freight approximately 45 days from final proof approval, with additional cost for air shipment.

Set-up charge - $400 (v) (includes up to 2 sample proofs and overseas FedEx charges)
Additional Logo Embroidery - Each additional location (up to 7000 stitches) add $1.00 (v), each additional 1000 stitches add $0.20 (v)
