Seasonally, we operated a Coffee Shop, an Ice Cream Parlor and a Case Soda / Beverage Shack... in an adjacent building, on-property.
Overlooking the Brant Lake Village Pond, we offer scenic views, paddle boat rentals, dock-side fishing, swimming (at the Town Beach) and other outdoor amenities. Weather permitting, we conduct various other activities in our parking lot: (classic car shows, arts & crafts shows, community flea markets, musical entertainment and fund raising events).

Our Family Style Restaurant offers both; eat-in and take-out food service. We specialize in "MEGA" NY Style Deli Sandwiches, "GIANT" Subs and "Great" (Big) Hamburgers. We also offer a basic selection of fresh made "daily specials", baked goods and a Sunday Brunch "sure to please".
Our General Store offers a wide selection of frequently needed general merchandise and grocery items. *As a convenience, our Wine & Spirit Shop and Card & Gift Gallery carry diverse selections of "adult beverages" and stationary / gift items. We offer on-line access, scanning, FAX, color copy and catalog ordering services.
Our Laundromat facility (though limited) offers local residents and visitors a convenient place to do their basic laundry chores (no dry cleaning available). We have several coin operated commercial washers and dryers in the cellar of our complex with coin operated laundry product dispensers and clean finishing counters for folding clothes. We provide a few video games for children or patrons to use while their laundry is being done *(or join us in our restaurant upstairs).
Our Coffee Shop, Ice Cream Parlor and Soda Shack (located in an adjacent building to our main building) are open from 6 am to 9 pm, seasonally (May to Sept.). We sell daily newspapers, great coffee, ice cream cones, sundaes, floats, frappes, 32 flavors of Hosmer Mt. Soda (single-serve or by-the-case for home consumption), bottled water and water coolers. We have limited inside seating, but ice cream window service and picnic table seating outside.
